Who are MindMe products suitable for?

MindMe products are suitable for, but not limited to the following individuals:

  • The elderly living at home 
  • The elderly living in independent living facilities or nursing homes 
  • People living with with dementia 
  • People with disabilities (We are a registered NDIS providers) 
  • Children 
  • Lone workers (i.e, nursing staff working independently in potentially hazardous environments) 

How do I order a MindMe product?

Order confirmation email is sent to customer, including an ‘Information Form’ to be completed and returned to

MindMe will process and ship the order to customer within 24 – 48 hours

How long will it take to receive MindMe products once ordered?

Once a MindMe product has been ordered either online or via a phone order, the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (or two business days). Products are shipped via Australia Post and will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered.

MindMe products use the Global Positioning System (GPS) which is a worldwide radio-navigation system formed from the constellation of 24 satellites and their ground stations. GPS tracking is a method of working out exactly where the MindMe product is in real time

Operates almost anywhere in Australia

MindMe products operates like a mobile phone, and can operate anywhere there is mobile network coverage (both inside/outside home)

Fall Detection

MindMe products use a 6-axis gyroscope to detect when the wearer falls.

Geo Fencing

Using global positioning system (GPS) technologies, the GEO fencing feature allows for a pre-set virtual boundary to be set around a point location (I.e. 100m radius from front gate of home). If the wearer breaches the pre-set virtual boundary by travelling out/in, an alert is sent to the programmed contacts.

SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are automatically sent to the programmed contacts (mobile contacts only) via MindMe products when the emergency process, fall detection or geo fencing features are activated.

Low Battery Alert

If the battery power falls below 12% - 20% capacity an SMS notification will automatically be sent to programmed emergency contacts.

IP67 Waterproof Rating

IP67 waterproof rating ensures that MindMe products will be protected against water splashes. Therefore, MindMe products can be worn in the shower and outside in the rain. Please note: the MindMe products can’t be submerged in a body of water, such as the bath or pool

Auto Answers Incoming Calls

When a MindMe product receives an incoming call, the device will audibly ring twice and then automatically answer, allowing for a 2 - way conversation between the wearer and contact.

MindMe products can be programmed so that only emergency contacts are able to make inbound calls

LED Lights

LED lights indicates various operational statuses on MindMe products, for example battery level & GPS fix

Silicone Watch Band

The MindMe Watch X comes with a silicone black wrist band. 

Medicine Reminder

Multiple medicine reminders can be programmed to alert the wearer it is time to their take medicine. Once programmed, the alerts will sound at the same time every day until deleted or changed.

Non-Emergency Call Button

The wearer can press a button that makes a non emergency call to a pre-programmed emergency contact, whereby a 2 - way conversation takes place between the wearer and emergency contact (like a standard mobile phone call)

Time Zone Modification

MindMe products allow for specific AU time zones to be programmed to notify emergency contacts of the time that an SOS alert has been activated

Remote Setup via Mobile App

Product setup & programming is completed remotely via mobile application.
